From my past experience of new builds and renovations i have often encountered issues and headaches with timber flooring with shops giving me the wrong advice and and providing substandard products and service. I recently went with Perfect Oak Floors based on a recommendation and cannot but compliment the service i received. From start to finish they were extremely helpful with advice and product knowledge and ensured every aspect of the job was carried out correctly. I visited there retail shop in Clayton South where all products are very well displayed and gives you a proper vision of the product you are purchasing. This for me was a totally new experience removing any undue stress where i felt totally confident in there work throughout the process. I will be returning to them for any future jobs and they would come with my highest recommendation.
